The dress code is cocktail attire.

Please note that while the venue has gravel pathways, there are also grassy areas throughout the property so it might be best to leave the stilettos at home.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting (so everyone cross your fingers and toes for sunshine!).

Our reception will take place in the barn, which has overhead heaters but is not climate-controlled, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening if the weather is cool. Once dinner has wrapped up, we'll move into a temperature-controlled space to dance the night away!

We wish we could celebrate with everyone! Unfortunately, our venue has limited capacity, so we are only able to invite the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be reflected on your RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest friends and family.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult celebration with the exception of children in our family. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

A complimentary shuttle service is available for guests staying at the Best Western (please visit the Accommodations/Travel tab for more information).

The shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:00 PM and return from the venue at 12:00 AM following the reception.

If you plan to use the shuttle, you must indicate this when submitting your RSVP. If you do not indicate your intention of using the shuttle, we will not be able to plan accordingly and therefore cannot guarantee you a spot.

Of course! Just keep in mind that the shuttle service will only provide transportation to and from the Best Western.

If you're staying within walking distance of the Best Western, you're welcome to use the shuttle and walk to your accommodations from there. However, if you're staying farther away, the shuttle will not be able to make additional drop-offs, and you'll need to arrange your own transportation from the hotel. The good news is that the Best Western is in a more central location than our venue, making it much easier to arrange a taxi or rideshare for the remainder of your trip.

Yes, just make sure you pick up your car before 10:00 AM the next day (Saturday October 24th)!

Note from our Venue: Our venue is fully accessible, with a wheelchair accessible washroom and entry ramps to our event spaces, however due to the outdoor nature of the venue there are some uneven paths throughout the gardens so caution should be taken by those with mobility issues.
